jesus bloody christ

My computer is f__ked. It can't "find" the "internal hard drive". I have been checking online "troubleshooting" sites all morning to no avail. On the screen there's just a little folder icon with the logo and a question mark flashing. Any of you have any ideas? Some of you have a Mac, right? I tried resetting the starting options, pressing Apple+Alt+R+P as the computer starts up but it didn't do any good. I have lots of work to do so it's extra-annoying. Bad day. Need love, not Mac.
