I don't think it's fair to compare, the priest was drunk and the morrocan obviously wasn't, had he been he would have been caught for doping and kicked out of the olympics.
The guy didn't even get a penalty, he can go home no problem, the only thing he can't do is make more trouble the next 3 years cause then he will go to prison. He fecking stopped the guy from probably winning the marathon?! Que escandalo, mama.
