The summer of fine swedish engineering!
Quick report from a sunny monday morning. Been having such a wonderful weekend that it dusnt even bring me down that its monday again. Sitting at my desk very tired trying to wake up again with a few cups of coffee, hope the effect will kick in soon enough. Fridaymorning we took the rental car and drove up north, a nine hour drive through a beautiful summer sweden. A lot of stops along the way for food and sightseeing. Do you recognize this Jim?
Arrived at the festival, located at an even more beautiful place. An old mine for the occacion being dressed up a a danish electronica festival. Loads of geeks and weirdos. Food and wine. Punsch and Joachim. Music and porn. Thats how we like it, no? I was being a part of the Komplott possee so i had to bring some noice as if i were one of them. I did my best. Cant say we had a huge success with our little show, the weather was far too nice for people to come in to the dark and cold little dungeon where the noice act took place. It didnt affect my mood. Afterwards it was more wine and food and Fennesz and DLSODW (Dead Letters Spell Out Dead Words (Ideal)). They had the big scene. Wow, absolutely stunning. I wont even try to describe the place, but it was very very very very very nice. Morning after we had obligatory breakfast at the old bakery in the city centre. (Two streets crossing in the middle of nowhere).
Train back south, another 8-9 hours of sightseeing. BBQ in Esl�v. And sunday biking on Ven with family (45 crazy relatives). Took a nice dip in the sea, the first one this year. Sitting at the office, coffee started to open my eyes, with a tan on my forehead.
