...to help me sublet my love-nest, sorry, "flat" while I am away. If anyone know anyone who might be interested in my flat from mid-September to the end of the year, initially, maybe longer, while I am rocking Chicago, then plase let me know! Time is running out. The rent is cheap, the flat is full of stuff (TV, DVD, fridge, washing machine, dirty socks and even plants). Who could ask for more?

Oh yeah, I forget about her. Interestingly enough, last year it was an older woman (about 50 years-old) who was out there sunbathing, now it's a younger woman (about 30). Not that I am looking everyday or anything, you understand...
put it on www.loquo.com and see what kind of freaks reply. I can ask in school if u want?? and u could probably charge a lot more and get it all in advance.
I have had a look on www.loquo.com this morning! Great minds think alike, etc. I sent a few emails to people who looked okay (Finnish students, young professionals, etc) so we'll see what happens. I should ask for all the money in advance? I was thinking maybe two or three months up front as a guarantee.
Come on james, be a catalan, get it all in advance for the love of God. It's only 4 months anyway..? I can be the nasty landlady if you want, I could swing by every Saturday just to check that the house is OK and tell them the rent just has gone up.

Yes, James. Totally. You should get it all in advance, and you should charge more than 400. It´s a fully equipped mansion.
(if you have problems login in to comment, it is probably coz you don´t let the cookies plant their dirty marks in your harddesk.)
I have more cookies than kakmonstret, half of the computer memory is busy keeping track of all the dirty pages.
