Jajajajaja, that kinda reminds of this boatthing they built in Gothenburg that serves as a parking-lot. In the best Gothenburgian fashion they named it p-arken ...
its hardly very free if you are stuck out at sea with nowhere to go!...although if you like scuba diving...!!
