The main responsibility of this position is the direct support and coordination of products thru the entire product life cycle. Develop and execute a business plan identifying market needs and product channel strategy to ensure maximizing market share. Communication is key to this position managing interaction between Manufacturer and Intercompany departments (finance, shipping, country coordinators and sales) allowing for the seamless product flow to our customers.

* Prepare Master Reports: forecasting, purchase, sales, inventory and business transactions on weekly and monthly basis for Manufacturers and Sr. Management
* Preparing reports for rebates and Co-op by vendor
* Analyze and consolidate reports provided by subsidiaries for the purpose to maintain vendors informed of business transactions
* Manage and coordinate logistics for shipments for product purchased and sold throughout the assigned region from manufacturer to country coordinator/sub
* Estimate dates of delivery to customers, based on knowledge of own firm`s production and delivery schedules
* Assemble supporting materials and analyze documents for receipt and delivery purpose
* Facilitate communications within and among various groups and disseminate information to teams and management
* Process RMA requests for the purpose of replacing defective units
* Manage the coordination of product being delivered to the subsidiaries throughout the region
