Peanut dreams

Visited my neighbor last Saturday, he´s an artist.
He showed me what he´s been working on lately, dvds, video-art, which included painting with dead gallinas and bunnys.

Anyways he´s start telling some real crazy stuff, 6 months ago he sold two paintings to the Bill Gates foundation, and Bill Gates went to his studio to check them out, in my friggin edificio!
More stuff, a month ago he sold paintings to Donatella Versace and her probably more than greasy husband, they too were also in my house!

And last but definately not least, when Picasso studied with his dad at the school on Avignó (in front of Veronica) apparently he lived in my flat!, yes, in my flat!

Believe it if ya want to.

James, didn´t call you last night as I woke up at 3 in the afternoon with a mutha of a hang-over.

Ha ha, did this "artist" follow all this up by asking you for some money until Charles Saachi comes over next week to buy his dead rabbit painting? Stay away from that guy, Erik, he's insane.

Erik, read you blog again now you appear to be sober. Can you HONESTLY believe that Bill Gates and that Versace have been to 21 Nou de la Rambla to buy this guys paintings? If he is selling stuff to these kinds of people, he would have an agent, a good studio in a nice part of town, no?

He has an agent, a famous one as well, don´t remember the name of him. This artist is connected, his cousin was miralles the architectrue who died some time ago. And why would he have his studio in a nicer area?

He doesn´t pay rent, he´s got a contract for life on the flat which they have had since 1927.

Nou de la rambla used to be a high-class street, in my house also lived a marques.

And why wouldn´t versace and bill gates go to his flat if they wanted to see his paintings and buy? Where else would they go?

Well, I always say (and make a big deal of) that "anything is possible".
But this story doesnt smell valid. Even with dead gallinas.
