We call it turmeric. I've never heard it called Indian Saffron before although it is the same, I checked.Are you translating recipes now?
I´ve always been a fan of translating recipes and especially spices. When you get here we´ll sit down and talk a bit about it.
Hello Gurkmeja is turmeric or haldi, not indian saffron. Saffron is saffron, thats a different plant.
