1600 hours of headache

Finally. Fi-na-lly. I handed in my tax declaration. After flipping each and every number around 6 times i just randomized it all. I hope they never check my papers too close. I feel 20 kilos lighter. Time to burn some fires, reclaim the hoods. Ku-klux-sweden. Our is welcoming spring. Whatever. Me da igual at the moment. As long as Skatteverket is happy, I am.

More underestimated album covers and something else that's just so pure freaky sad. The pictures are really good and the texts... enough to get you depressed.

And now my curry noodles are waiting in the kitchen.

One frog is two toads

When will see an end of all this gardening? Our friend the frogtoad appears to be two toads, not one. That´s about how exciting my weekend will ever get these days...

Take a wild guess!

Beer! Yes, that´s right. Beer.

Maltkorn.

En fråga för svennarna. Vet ni hur mycket maltkorn det går åt till en back pågabir? Vet ni förresten vad en pågabir är för något? Man lär sig mycket av de äldre.

word warrior

Decided to check out an IQ test on tickle.com and this is my intellectual type. I like it!

You are equipped with a verbal arsenal that enables you to understand complex issues and communicate on a particularly high level. These talents make you a Word Warrior.

Whether or not you recognize it, your vocabulary is your strongest suit—use it whenever you can. Since your command of words is so great, you are also a terrific communicator — able to articulate big ideas to just about anyone. Your wordsmithing prowess will also help in artistic and creative pursuits. The power of words translates to fresh ideas off paper too. Since you have so many words at your disposal, you are in a unique position to describe things in an original way, as well as see the future in your mind's eye.

In short, your strengths allow you to be a visionary — able to extrapolate and come up with a multitude of fresh ideas. And you are in good company — bask in the brilliance of Word Warriors who have walked before you. William Shakespeare let loose the power of his pen. His ability to articulate the most subtle nuances of human nature and to create colorful characters are why his stories still have a major impact — even 400 years after he first wrote them. Whether you put pen to paper or use your understanding of the words around you to come up with creative approaches to problems, your potential as a Word Warrior is terrific.

Garden Total Makeover. Body totally wrecked. Blenda been running up and down a little slope in the garden six million times. She still thinks it is the best thing since the norwegians invented the wheel. Lucky for me who don´t need to buy any My Little Pony houses and gadgets yet. Up&Down.

We also got a new member in the family. A bird / motorcyckle that turned out to be a frog that turned out to be a toad. We named him Boll. Boll, the toad.

I saw The Man last Friday!
Mr. Moz came in to the stale crowd in a blazer that he took off after 1 minute, it was soaked of sweat. After “still ill” he even took off his sweaty shirt and threw it at the crowd. People screamed; don’t know if it was of admiration or horror. Fortunately the sweat bomb didn’t strike us.
Excellent concierto and man, what a voice!

Booty Camp

Macs do Windows.

Windows running on a Mac is like Windows running on a PC. That means it'll be subject to the same attacks that plague the Windows world. So be sure to keep it updated with the latest Microsoft Windows security fixes.

Macs use an ultra-modern industry standard technology called EFI to handle booting. Sadly, Windows XP, and even the upcoming Vista, are stuck in the 1980s with old-fashioned BIOS. But with Boot Camp, the Mac can operate smoothly in both centuries.

Did Jesus walk... on ice?

Jesus maybe walked on ice, scientist suggests An oceanographer suggests that Jesus could have walked not on liquid water but rather on an isolated patch of floating ice on the surface. Professor Doron Nof of Florida State University and his colleagues explain how a bit of ice could have formed on the surface of the Sea of Galilee (AKA Lake Kinneret) during the cold periods that occurred 2,500-1,500 years ago.

In 1992, Nof presented (PDF) a scientific explanation for how Moses may have appeared to part the Red Sea.) The latest research is presented in the current issue of the scientific publication Journal of Paleolimnology.

From Florida State University News:
A frozen patch floating on the surface of the small lake would have been difficult to distinguish from the unfrozen water surrounding it. The unfrozen water was comprised of the plumes resulting from salty springs situated along the lake's western shore in Tabgha—an area where many archeological findings related to Jesus have been documented. "As natural scientists, we simply explain that unique freezing processes probably happened in that region only a handful of times during the last 12,000 years," Nof said. "We leave to others the question of whether or not our research explains the biblical account."

Pig Cam.. Meet Delores and family!! The "Pig Mother" Show !

"Delores is a Durok Cross-bred sow who for the time being is living in our animal enclosure.

She farrowed here on the 29th March at 3 am.. This was Delores' first farrowing, she was served by a Durok large white cross boar that we 'borrowed'. She had 12 little piglets, 7 boys and 5 girls. Andy Moir, governor from Sir Robert Gefferys was here at 0300 to look after Delores during her time of need! Some of Andy's pictures are shown below; I have added several since the event. Incidentally, the gestation period of a pig is 3 months, 3 weeks and 3 days, an easy one to remember.

We have added a soft light so you can see what is happening in the early evening. The site is extremely busy following our mentions on Pirate FM, BBC Radio Cornwall, Radio 5 live, The News of the World and the Sun. Please be patient and try again or enjoy Delores' photos by viewing our gallery! Our main school site also has some great interactive features and an "egg-cam"."

Little Britain

The strange case of the man who took 40,000 ecstasy pills in nine years.
"The man, known as Mr A in the report in the scientific journal Psychosomatics, started using ecstasy at 21. For the first two years his use was an average of five pills per weekend. Gradually this escalated until he was taking around three and a half pills a day. At the peak, the man was taking an estimated 25 pills every day for four years. After several severe collapses at parties, Mr A decided to stop taking ecstasy. For several months, he still felt he was under the influence of the drug, despite being bedridden."

The number of the beast.

Peter Evans, 35, Software manager

"I've been to 15 Morrissey concerts so far but those that really stand out were in Los Angeles in 2004. I'd been invited out there by my friends Elvira and David, whom I had met on the internet. That's one of the best parts about being a Smiths and Morrissey fan; the great friends you make through your shared passion. I went to five amazing concerts in six days, and on the Sunday I got "Morrissey" tattooed in a love heart on my arm.

My colleagues at work probably do think I'm obsessed. They often ask me if we'll ever have a conversation that won't come back to the Smiths or Morrissey. But becoming a fan was kind of like getting a religion. It's something inside you that never leaves. The song lyrics are just so intense, so personal and they appeal to me on a very emotional level. I guess that's just the kind of guy I am. I can't imagine this is something I'll ever grow out of.

Being a Smiths and Morrissey fan has affected some of the most pivotal moments of my life; I know it contributed to my divorce. But my current partner is as big a fan as I am. I think having that connection is fundamental; it's like speaking a second language. We're hoping to get married on Morrissey's 50th birthday at Salford Lads Club."
